Our leather ring belts are made from 9-11oz oil tanned leather.  So they are firm but not at all brittle or cardboard like.

Our brass rings and matching rivets are SOLID brass - not plated!

Each 2"  ring belt has a ring riveted on with 5 capped rivets.   While each 1.5" ring belt has three capped rivets.  They are not 'flared', 'mushroomed', or 'flowered' - but a capped rivet set with a rivet press so they will not come loose! There are no sharp edges or burrs.  They will NEVER pop off or fall apart.  In fact, we guarantee it!
